Request a Wig

Welcome to the EBeauty Wig Exchange Program

Our team does their best to find a wig that matches your description. If we do not have a match, we will substitute with one similar.

  • Use the wig selection form to choose wig color, style, and length.
  • Attach a note from your Oncologist or a request from your Nurse Navigator. Make sure the patient name is included in the order.
  • Please include a photo of yourself prior to hair loss to help our volunteers select the best wig for you.
  • Add any additional information you wish to help us narrow the wig selection process:
    • With or Without Bangs
    • Specialty color such as pink or blue
    • Special style such as long braids
  • Submit the request.
  • An EBeauty Community representative will respond to your request as soon as possible and your wig will be delivered free of charge.

Due to the high cost of shipping and demand, we can only fill one wig order per person.   All wigs are shipped via US Postal Service and we can provide a tracking number, however we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We can only ship wigs within the contiguous U.S. If your wig is not a good fit for you, please return it to either the EBeauty House at 20486 W Hazelwood Ave, Buckeye, AZ  85396, or The EBeauty Community Center for Cancer Support 480 Main Street #104 Stevensville, Maryland 21666

 

  • Short Length is above the ears.
  • Medium Length is to the shoulders.
  • Long Length below the shoulders.

EBeauty's mission is to provide free wigs to women during their cancer journey. If you are able to cover the cost of shipping and handling we ask that you make a small donation of $25 when placing your wig request. Thank you.

    In order to help our volunteers select the best wig, please upload up to four images of yourself with your pre hair loss hairstyle. This will help us match your style better.
